Terms of sale — summary

The full terms of sale are presented at checkout before payment. Their material terms are stated here as well, because a term that matters should not need finding.

  1. Prices are stated in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. Every price comes from one published schedule, UIE_SMART_PRICING_MODEL V3.2. Prices are not negotiated and are not discounted.
  2. Assessment and examination fees are identical whether the candidate passes or fails. A failed assessment or examination is not refunded. This term is presented before purchase and acknowledged by a timestamped checkbox in the order. The fail rate is published.
  3. No assessment or examination against The Injectable Delegation & Authority Standard v1.0 is sold or sat until that standard has been reviewed and signed by a named registered prescriber. Founding purchases buy a queue position and are described as such at the point of sale.
  4. Nothing UIE sells is legally required. UIE does not state or imply otherwise on any surface.
  5. Awards are issued as Q-Passes: signed, revocable records. UIE attests the binding, never the underlying fact — it states that a named principal issued an award and whether it still stands. It does not state, and does not sell, any judgement about any person’s competence, character or future conduct.
  6. The verification check placed at a clinic is observing-class. It returns one of five outcomes — verified · insufficient · invalid · absent · error — and the clinic’s own policy decides what follows. UIE does not decide, and does not block treatment.
  7. The Q-Gate reader is free of charge, forever, and is never a precondition of access. It is not a product, a trial or a tier.
  8. No UIE fee is calculated as a percentage of any transaction or of any value at stake.

Refunds

Consumer purchases carry a 14-day unconditional refund from the date of purchase. This is stated at checkout, before payment. To claim it, email contact@uieglobal.com from the address on the order; no reason is required and none will be asked for. Refunds are executed within 24 hours of the request and the count of refunds executed is recorded. A failed assessment or examination is not refunded; this is the one exception, it is stated before purchase, and it exists so that the fee cannot buy the answer.

Privacy and data protection

UIE Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller. The privacy notice presented at checkout states what personal data UIE collects, uses, discloses, transfers and stores, and why. Requests concerning personal data go to contact@uieglobal.com and are answered within the statutory period.

Verification

Any issued award can be checked by anyone, free, at /verify by entering its reference. The page shows what was issued, by whom, the conditions carried, and whether the award still stands. Nothing is summarised on the reader’s behalf. Whether this system’s answers were right is published by someone else; that is the design.
