The payment rails shipped.
The authority layer didn’t.

Quanta is the authority layer the agent economy’s payment protocols assume exists.

UIE is verification infrastructure for the human-AI and agent economy. Its primitive is the verified record: a signed, short-lived, revocable statement of what a principal has authorised — who may act, within what bounds, on whose authority, and whether that authority still stands. UIE attests the binding, never the underlying fact. A revocation is a fact; a rating is an opinion. UIE carries facts.

Three things are for sale. Everything else is being finished.

The clinic package

Practitioner assessed against The Injectable Delegation & Authority Standard v1.0. The award is issued as a Q-Pass — a signed, revocable record — and the clinic checks it before anyone treats a patient. The assessment fee is £150 excl. VAT, identical whether the practitioner passes or fails; a failed assessment is not refunded, and this is stated before purchase; the fail rate is published.

Founding places: 2, as of August 2026 — relieved when the clinical reviewer signs the standard.

An Academy place

Modules that prove capability, with the examination inside the module. Every award is issued as a Q-Pass: signed, revocable, checkable by anyone with the free reader. A certificate nobody checks is a receipt. This award can be checked, and it can be revoked — which is why it means something.

UIE SystemsScoping callTHE PRICE FIXED FIRST

The smallest true commitment

UIE Systems builds the products and services that make an organisation capable of operating in the agent economy. It is a provider, never an assessor. The scoping call fixes the price before you spend a pound, and it commits you to nothing.

Book the scoping call

Issue, present, verify, refuse.

A principal issues a Q-Pass. The holder presents it. A Q-Gate reads it offline — the presenter carries the proof; the verifier calls nobody — and returns one of exactly five outcomes: verified · insufficient · invalid · absent · error. What follows is the relying party’s decision, under their own policy. The reader is free forever, Apache-2.0, and never a precondition of access.
